Grand Hyatt Seoul

Just PERFECT! What a hotel... gosh! Luxury, comfort, amazing restaurants, pools, etc. Even a kids club! I would repeat! Just take into account that you will most probably need taxi to get around from that location, as it is on the top of a hill. It is part of the beauty though.

Missed a la crate menu at the all day dining room, just had buffet with ton of kids and family

Very enjoyable stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. We felt welcomed the entire stay. The room was great and comfortable with nice amenities and a fantastic view. There are plenty of dining options and the food I did eat was excellent. My only complaint was with the complimentary Wi-Fi. It worked okay most of the time but I had a few issues with connectivity and speed during my 5 nights. It’s possible that it was my devices and not the Wi-Fi since no one in my family complained. Overall, I highly recommend and will stay again.

Was very excited to stay at the Grand Hyatt. Booked a room on line looking explicitly for a space that sleeps 4 for my wife and two young kids. When we checked in, we were shocked to discover that there would be an additional charge for bedding for each kids per night. As someone who does not mind paying a higher rate, I was very disappointed in the lack of transparency on quickness to tack on hidden charges. They need to be upfront on this rather than falsely advertise the room occupancy number. I think the extra hundred dollars that they made was not worth the bad will they have generated. I gladly spent on food and such there, but think my overall experience was really diminished by this petty action.
