I never received a check-in email a day before my arrival.I stood in the lobby with my family trying to figure out how to check in and had to book at another hotel. The check-in email arrived after midnight (already checked into another hotel). They wouldn't refund. I'm submitting a dispute with my credit card company. This is unacceptable.
