Hound Hotel Seomyeon - Bumcheon

STAY AWAY from booking this hotel unless you want a cold shower in freezing weather! We are a family of 5 and booked 2 rooms at this hotel. First of all, the hotel imposed an extra charge for the 3rd person even though one of the rooms we booked allowed 3 people occupancy. The hidden charge was not displayed on Hotels.com. Then no hot water was served at night when we tried to take shower after a long, cold day. Hotel staff asked us to wait until midnight as the water boiler was heating up; however, no hot water was served until the next morning. Hotel staff apologized and offered free breakfast but unwilling to offer refund. I will complain to credit card company and get my refund.
