After driving for more than two hours we were told that we cannot have dinner at their restaurant due to some live cooking show . One of the reason why I booked the hotel was the restaurant .
Also on their website they advertise kids friendly hotel- I stayed with my two daughters and were not allowed to use the wellness with them . Kids are only allowed to use the wellness on Saturday from 12-3pm. We arrived Friday late afternoon and no dinner and no wellness to enjoy . Very disappointed . Nobody informed me that on that day restaurant won’t be opened for guests .
