Metropole Apartments Old City

The premium suite itself was exactly as the pictures. Clean, a washer, everything we needed to have a pleasant stay. Check-in was easy with no contact, but the accommodation is ALWAYS available through whatsapp for questions/concerns. We stayed there as a couple with a 15 month old, and the premium suite offered everything we needed for a reasonable price. The area was good. Three downsides! (last 2 are baby related) 1) The entrance and building were pretty ghetto. Not in an unclean way, more like a run-down way. 2) The elevator is not as big as modern elevators. As we have a full-size stroller, this was a hassle because we had to fold it every time we left/came back. (With a baby, that's pretty often.) 3) No baby beds available, so be prepared for that. All in all, I don't regret our choice. But if you have a full size stroller, this may not be the easiest option.

Fantastic location. The place was in a super convenient location to walk to everything in Old Town Bucharest and was very quiet and clean. Christian was very helpful and responsive to all our questions. Our family of four easily stayed three nights here! Many dining options, amazing coffee shops (Toucan Coffee, The Coffee Shop), and Mega Image grocery stores all within five minutes walk of the place.

Very good experience! I travelled with my 9 months old son. Unfortunately the elevator broke in the weekend we were there, which is a problem having a baby, a stroller and bags on the 4th floor. HOWEVER, Christy was such a great help! Always very available and came to help me bring the stroller up and down the stairs every time I had to go out. The apartment was great. Very beautiful and very clean. Would definitely come back.
