Room wasnt ready at checkin. No space near the pool. Kids pool was freezing. Kids club was not great. Not a great hotel for small children

Excellent place. The 2 best things about this place were, the staff and the hotel itself. Excellent condition hotel, in a really great location. I was able to get anywhere, furthest I had to travel was 30 minutes and that was to the airport. And what can I say about the staff, they really welcomed me and my family beyond a 5* welcome. All the staff in the kitchen were excellent and super accommodating, and the reception floor staff, from people helping with bags, where to go, checking in and checking out, just excellent. Thanks all for making my stay amazing

The hotel were very flexible and let me add an extra guest for a cost. I paid to move to a two bedroom apartment and they upgraded the room for me. Staff were amazing and very helpful except for when it comes to calling a taxi. They made excuses and vanished. Uber is much easier to use then asking the hotel staff. The apartment itself was amazing and stunning, great facilities and space. Hosted family for a dinner too. Breakfast was very nice 8/10. However, the restaurant is too small for the number of guests and they can not cope as hard as they try. Waited an hour for Breakfast one day and then gave up. Was offered a complimentary lunch instead. Pool is lovely, shame pool didn't have beach view. Went in December and the pool was very cold, not heated except one small area which kids are not allowed in.

This hotel is fantastic! Great location on the Pearl, huge rooms and excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble. It has its own bit of beach and a lovely pool on the 5th floor. We had a 2 bed apartment, which was huge. Both rooms had big en-suites. Special mention to lifeguard Omari, who was so attentive to my kids, and also to room cleaner Anik, who cleaned our room exceptionally, Mosesa (an extremely friendly supervisor) and Me Me, who offered fantastic dining service. Only negative points - no alcohol. They have not had a licence for over a month and I was unaware. Breakfast was amazing but half board options for later in the day are limited, especially if vegetarian. Having said that, the hotel staff adjusted many dishes to make something that we would like. Climate was lovey and warm in October (without being insanely hot). The staff were lovely and friendly. Overall, a great experience!

This hotel exceeded my expectations and I was very grateful for the staff making us feel like we were at home. They were courteous and professional. We brought our five children with us, and I felt they were very safe at the hotel. The lifeguards and Director of recreation were fantastic at the swimming pool. The location was great and the fun place to walk in the evenings.

Special thanks to rehan for making our stay amazing. Very nice hotel and good for families.

I left the U.K. hoping for a great break with my family in this hotel, but I was highly disappointed by lack of professionalism, communication and racism of the staff in this very expensive hotel. The food is over priced and in delicious. The communication between staff is poor. There’s no follow up on any complains. Expensive hotel, yet disappointing. I spent a week of dissatisfaction in the hotel.

Booked 4 nights. Asked to have the room cleaned twice, which wasn’t done. Two late evenings the door bell rang, around 10pm, for house keeping. With a toddler it’s way too late. Every attentive staff would know. Great disappointment.
