Houda the assistant manager was extremely helpful and kind went above and beyond her way to make this extra special for me and my family gave us a cake and decorations in the room as we were celebrating a birthday . Valet car parking guys were quick overall great stay at the hotel

The room and bathroom were great. Very comfortable and very clean. The service left a little to be desired. I had a car pick me up from the airport and the driver was like a kid with an overpriced toy. He stopped about a 100 metres from the hotel, pulled over on to the side of the road and asked me to sign a blank form. I refused and he did the same thing as soon as I get out of the car. I finally sorted out what I was signing and got someone to fill out the form before signing at reception. Reception were not particularly communicative or friendly and didn't seem too keen to answer questions. The food from in room dining wasn't particularly good but passable. Other than that, the hotel is very convenient for a stop over or doing business.
