The hotel, all it's staff - including reception staff, restaurant and baggage handlers are so polite and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble. The hotel is in a good location for all the main attractions in Doha, easily accessible via an Uber (would recommend Uber as they are cheaper to get around especially with a family)

Everyone was extremely kind, From Sharif to Zahra. I cannot remember the gentleman at the desk, who was extremely helpful when my child wasn’t well, and booked me a cab to take me to the hospital. I am forever grateful. We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms, which overlooked the city, room was extremely spacious. However if you’re planning on staying in to watch Netflix - not going to happen unless you have an android phone to mirror screen, iPhone unable to connect to TV. Overall a really great hotel, situated next to the Souk.
