Wot Costa da Caparica

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Close to the beach. Loved the bunk beds in the room for the kids. Room was very clean.

I had to ask the receptionist if the cleaners could clean the room and bathroom floor because it was not cleaned. On my 2nd night my child vomited by the morning I asked if the cleaners could give the floor a wash due to the incident but I had to end up doing it myself. I spoke to the receptionist Edvaldo on my 4th night and he had to pass my complaint to their supervisor and finally my room was cleaned on my last morning in that hotel. Unfortunately very disappointed with the service.
