My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay. The rooms were so clean and spacious for Europe. The design is so sleek and modern, exactly my aesthetic. The staff were so helpful in every way. I asked to set up nice roses and cake for my parents 30th anniversary. They accommodated and made it a trip my parents will not forget! ALSO- the spa facilities were so enjoyable. The sauna was hot and the pools were clean. Great location in Gaia. It was a 20 min walk to the city center of Porto or a 5-8 minute Uber. I recommend this hotel to all visitors!

Very friendly staff. Spacy and clean, comfortable room. Free access to spa was a great added value, and highly appreciated by the whole family. Economical parking (€20/day), compared to other parkings in the area.

This property is beautiful and clean. Beds were comfy and the buffet breakfast was divine. It was a bit chaotic upon check-in when a big group arrived at the same time but otherwise the hotel is situated so close to the waterfront with a small grocer close by and lots of restaurant options. The pool was a blast for our kids too!

I took me and my two young teen daughters on a trip. We stayed in Spain and Portugal at five different hotels. Some local, some chains, like Hilton. I splurged on this Hilton hotel and was slightly disappointed. The staff was kind, but no one asked how our stay was when we left. I wish they would’ve so I could’ve told them a few items that made it unpleasant. The first night, there was thudding until 2 am. Not sure if it was construction or loud neighbors, but we just arrived after a full day of traveling and tried to fall asleep by 10pm. We were too tired to move, so we we dozed in and out until if finally stopped. When we arrived, we’re asked about room service. They said scan the QR code and there would be all the menus. I ordered a pasta dish for myself and a hamburger from the kids menu for my younger daughter. They gave us a full size burger and the two dishes came to 43 euros. Too much IMO and it didn’t match the price on the menus. Instead of complaining, I paid the bill and tipped the employee. Lastly, since it was three people, they pulled out the couch. It was so uncomfortable you could feel the springs in your back. We ended up piling into one bed. I don’t normally write reviews, but when I save and splurge and it doesn’t meet expectations, I want to pass the info along. I understand things can’t be perfect, but I have certain expectations when it comes to the Hilton. I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

This is a lovely quiet hotel. Short Uber ride from the airport €15. The hotel is A short walk to the river, local restaurants and cable car. 15 minute walk to Porto side and all the tourist attractions. As a family trip we enjoyed walking back to our quiet side in the evening but having the hustle and bustle during the day! The hotel pool was nice with the added sauna/steam rooms. We weren’t told that children could only use the pool in the mornings, which caused some upset so beware of timings. We had junior suite as a family of four. Lovely large room, with comfortable beds aircon and black out curtains. I couldn’t work out the lighting controls which caused some amusement, or panic when they were turned off in the shower unexpectedly! Had to request more coffee in the room as it was not refilled. Also towels were replaced everyday unnecessarily as we had hung them up so we found this odd. Overall a wonderful stay in a pleasant and quiet hotel.
