Great location. Very nice size family suite. Lovely staff. Only complaint was that they turn the AC off at 2am and it gets very hot and stuffy when you sleep. You can’t open the windows because it gets too loud. Walls must be thin because we could hear toddlers screaming early in the morning from a nearby room. I’d say it’s between 3-4 stars.

We stayed as a family of 3. The staff is absolutely amazing and the hotel very clean. The walls are very thin so you hear every sound your neighbors make and every time they flush the toilet. The standard room is a little small for two adults and a preteen. However that’s our fault for only booking one room. Our experience was fantastic! I would recommend. Just be aware that the walls are thin. Great location and easy walking distance to everything.

Had a great stay at the Mercure, really nice location, the breakfast was great and the staff were so friendly! I really appreciate the registration staff interacting with our kids.

Amazing staff, very welcoming and helpful. Monika the front desk manager spent a good 15 minutes briefing us about the area. Rooms were just right for a family of four
