Lovely hotel, great area, spotlessly clean. We had a duplex room, for a family. Very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Loved the patio area to sit and have a coffee/drink. The free coffee/hot chocolate and water was so good. The reception staff arranged a transfer back to the airport for €20. Excellent service.

We were a family of four and our junior suite was perfect! We were very comfortable and I loved having a two story room! Everything was very clean and the hotel was very easy to locate and walking distance from a lot of really great restaurants and shops!

Love this hotel. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Our room was perfect for a couple with kids. We had two floors and the bathroom was a good size. The hotel breakfast was delicious with lots of options. The lobby and courtyard were nice spaces to relax. The location is right in the middle of the Alfama neighborhood with lots of restaurants close by. We would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is located in the old town of Lisbon. It was a great experience to walk around to explore beautiful streets and buildings. The two-story room layout is perfect for a family with kids. And the breakfast was awesome. Highly recommended!

Excellent location, hotel and overall stay! The team at the hotel is super friendly and very helpful. We had an excellent time and would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Portugal.. whether alone, as a couple or with children! Did I say, excellent location?

I only stayed one night with my family but it was a pleasant stay. Location was convenient and our room was quiet. All the staff were very professional and helpful and even arranged for my airport transfer.

This property was first rate and both the double room and junior suite were well appointed. The mattress was comfortable and the bathroom was nicely designed and spacious. The staff was very helpful making arrangements and helping find parking since it is a historical district. The breakfast buffet was very fresh with great choices. We hope to return soon.

We travelled as a family of 4 and we has everything we needed. We had a suite and it was very nice, since the rooms were separated. It was a little small for 4 but we didn´t mind, since it was very clean, very quiet and in the middle of the old city. The staff was extra friendly always available. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family.

The staff was very nice and helpful. We were given a 2 story room for the 3 of us with the bathroom being on the 1st floor and there was no room to open the suitcases on the 1st floor so my husband and I had to sleep on the 2nd floor and had no access to the bathroom. We were quite shocked to see this. We both have back and knee problems and this was not made clear to us. The hotel advertises that it has an elevator however they need to make a big point about the fact that if you're a family of 3 or 4 you have to sleep on a 2 story hotel room. In the last 30 years that I have traveled Europe I have never stayed at a hotel that had a 2 story setting like this.
