The pullout couch was terrible. It was so squeaky that the kids sleeping in the bed couldn’t sleep and us parents in the other room could hear it all night. The bathroom had a terrible smell and the shower was dark.

This hotel was close to the airport so a Bolt ride was cheaper than elsewhere in Lisbon. It would have been convenient for the hotel to have an airport shuttle like we hard a family member's Holiday Inn Express had.

Travelled with a 2 year old. Two nights, first to recover from travel. Small rooms but able to accommodate a crib (two singles + crib, but that was about it!). Location close to restaurants, 4 blocks from a nice children’s park, 20minutes walk to the zoo (did without a stroller, but easily could navigate the pedestrian bridge if you did). 15 min drive to aquarium (highly recommend). Did not have enough time to venture down town.

Great location, room was available at 2pm. staff was great. 10 min wait on check in room. very nice- bathroom door does not close , but sits ajar. last night 1050 pm and there were loud kids next door talking .... stopped thankfully before 1130- otherwise quiet

Some of the customer services at the reception need to be train very well because the way they welcome my families was very bad. While some of them are polite. Apart from that, every other things are wonderful.

Holiday Inn from decades ago was always the family choice. Large, clean rooms, Friendly service was always expected and received. The breakfast staff were very helpful, friendly and pleasant. Good breakfast spread too. Present construction on the hotel makes the Wi-Fi wonky. Expect some noise.
