EPIC SANA Lisboa Hotel

Everything my kids lovely. And they wanna to back next year

this was our first stay at Epic Sana Lisboa. Everything about this place was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again - the room was wonderful, the service was fantastic. It's in a very easy location and is walkable to so many places. This is one of the only places in Lisbon with a rooftop pool, but they definitely do not have enough space for all of the hotel guests - especially when there are families with children. too many kids at the pool, in general.

the rooftop pool was gorgeous and the rooms spared no detail—slippers & chocolates every night, plenty of water & glasses, a cool mirror tv, automatic blinds, and a huge soaking tub. we were a family of 3 & we had lots of room with a cot & king bed. the lobby was modern, airy & beautiful. the spa was picture perfect. highly recommend! short uber rides to anywhere in Lisbon.

Definitely NOT a 5 star hotel! The room was ok - on our first night, the room was cleaned in and they left a piece of candy in the side table. The second day I had to call them for the room to be cleaned. The Shower was not super clean either, black spots around the corner which grossed me out. Service was mediocre - I asked for an iron around 11:15pm - the iron came to the room at midnight when I was already sleeping. I asked for an adapter and had to buy my own because they didn’t have one. The breakfast and the team managing it were outstanding. I would not recommend to my family and friends.

Breakfast was free and it was amazing! Staff was incredibly helpful with all my requests. I always felt like a VIP and my family really enjoyed themselves. Very kid friendly. Rooms were quiet and modern. The pools were heated and clean.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Epic Sana during the Easter holidays weekend getaway with my family. From the moment we checked in, we were impressed with the level of hospitality and attention to detail from the staff. Unfortunately, during our stay, I experienced a sudden medical emergency that required immediate attention. The hotel staff quickly called an ambulance and assisted my family in contacting my medical team. They also took the necessary steps to ensure that my room was easily accessible for emergency medical personnel. Throughout the entire ordeal, the hotel staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and compassion, going above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met. They checked in on me regularly and even arranged for a special meal that met my dietary restrictions. Despite the unexpected circumstances, my family and I still managed to enjoy the beautiful amenities and comfortable accommodations. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed, with plush bedding and modern amenities. The hotel also featured a beautiful swimming pool, fitness center, and an on-site restaurant that offered delicious meals and excellent service. Overall, I cannot recommend Epic Sana enough. Their exceptional level of service and attention to detail made our stay a truly memorable experience, even in the face of unexpected medical emergencies. If you are looking for a hotel that offers both luxury accommodations and compassionate care, then look no further.

This is a great hotel. I travelled with my family and really found everything to be of a high standard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The beds are so comfortable and there was no noise at night which was amazing. Breakfast had a good choice and the location is good also. Thank you

In my absolute top 3 hotels I’ve ever stayed in. From the moment arriving my family and I were welcomed and looked after to the very highest standards. Had dinner one evening in the bar and the breakfast buffet is fantastic. There was a music duo one evening in the bar who were great and provided a wonderful background ambiance The indoor pool and spa are a relaxing space. It’s on the top of a hill so after a long day of exploring get a taxi back 😂 €6 roughly from the bottom of Av. de Liberdade won’t break the bank. And definitely go to the rooftop bar on the 9th floor.I can not recommend this hotel enough and will absolutely return to Lisbon and to Epic Sana Lisboa.

Good modern 5 star hotel. We traveled as a family with 3 rooms. Very friendly staff. Had requested that rooms be next to each other or at least close, but they didn’t accommodate that. Maybe it is a hotel for single or business travelers. Our two rooms in 4th floor- the electronic bathroom curtains didn’t work so they gave us new rooms but further from each other. One room was not fully cleaned and maids left stuff back in rooms after cleaning. All said a good hotel but need to improve around the edges.

I had a fairly good opinion of this hotel which was ruined by two events: They placed a family with several children next to my room which made sleeping difficult for me. Also one of the personal (permanent personal) had an attitude and was rude to me. These should not have happened at a 5 star hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel as I will not stay here again.
