We had a nice stay with the kids at the hotel located close to Energylandia Park. The family room was spacious and clean in a calm environment. The restaurant (Trattoria) offers an attractive menu with delicious dishes. The only minus: soap and shampoo are very poor on quality and quantity.

We had a family room which was massive and had a separate room with doors for us which really helped with everyone getting a good sleep. Shame we had not stayed longer as would have made use of the excellent facilities more. It's a small thing but really helps with younger kids, there was two sizes of pillow on every bed so the smaller ones worked for the kids perfectly. Really enjoyed our stay here. Spa is small but perfect for a bit of relaxing.

I am so glad I chose this hotel to stay in with my family. It was absolutely beautiful and only about a fifteen-minute drive to the Auschwitz Memorial site(s). The staff in the hotel and restaurant were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. My ONLY criticisms are: the beds and pillows were quite uncomfortable, there is no ATM on-site, and no vending machines with little snacks or drinks. When we found ourselves needing money or snacks, we had to drive to a nearby convenience store.
