Metropolitan Boutique Hotel ideal position between main square and Jewish quarter. 10mins walk to main square, 5 mins to Jewish quarter.
The staff at the hotel are polite, extremely helpful. Breakfast is varied and plentiful. Served until 10:30 with hot food, bacon, eggs, omelette, sausage. cold salads, meats, cheeses. fresh fruit, cake, cereals, and more.
The restaurant is relaxing and peaceful.
Travelling as family of 2 we stayed in a classic room number 124 on the 10th June-14th June 2024.
Previously our stay was in a superior room. Both types of rooms are lovely. Preference would be the superior room, but they were not available at the time of us booking.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and hope to return.
THANK YOU TO ALL AT METROPOLITAN BOUTIQUE KRAKOW.

We had a fabulous stay at the metropolitan boutique hotel. We stayed here for four nights as a family of four. We arrived a lot earlier in the day than we anticipated due to our flights being changed, this wasn't an issue with the hotel, and they allowed us to check in several hours earlier, which was great.
Our room was on the 3rd floor and faced onto the side street, it could could be a little noisy early hours in the morning with the trams and train station nearby, but that didn't spoil our stay.
The room was very spacious and clean, and so was the bathroom. The beds were extremely comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice.
The staff are extremely helpful and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a base in Krakow, ideally located to Krakow Grzegorki train station and not far from the Jewish quarter and the main old town.

We were visiting Krakow for 2 nights as a family of four with our 2 adult children
We caught the train from the airport - Grzegorzki station is a 5 minute walk to the hotel .
The 2 rooms were large with everything you would need.
Reception staff very friendly and helpful.
Great value breakfast buffet.
We also had an evening meal -nice selection of local dishes and live piano music.

This is an exceptional hotel because of its location, the standard in general but most relevant, the staff who were first class. We went to Krakow with two friends and i had booked 2 x junior suites. On check in we had an issue in that the hotel only had record of one junior suite and one classic room. I informed them of the error and they could not have been more accommodating. They actually upgraded one of the rooms to the best room in the hotel which came complete with 2 x bathrooms, a dining room area, a living room area and a huge bedroom it was special. On top of that as an apology they provided a hand written apology along with a free bottle of processo that arrived 10 minutes after getting in the room. Excellent customer service. The hotel itself it's clean with good communal areas, the bar and restaurant are really nice, breakfast was really good and happy hour each day is a good start before heading out for the evening. The hotel is located about a10-15 minute walk to the old town but is right on the edge of the Jewish quarter which we actually preferred because we felt the bars and restaurants were better in the Jewish quarter. Really can't fault the hotel at all and as said at the start the staff were the difference, always smiling, always greeted you and you really felt welcome.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND Metropolitan Boutique Krakow.
Stayed 12-06-23 until 16-6-23
Ideal location to walk to the Main Square and to the Jewish Quarter 10- 15 min walk.
We stayed in a superior twin, with coffee and tea making facilities, fresh water replenished.
The staff are polite, friendly and very helpful. Rooms immaculate.
Breakfast plentiful, fresh and varied.
Travelled as two female family members, felt safe at all times.
What you see on the photo’s is what you get.
We would definitely book again.

Fabulous hotel in the Jewish quarter. Lovely reception and chill out area. Fabulous rooms we had a junior suite 222 huge beds and loads of space. Our own pod coffee machine. We had to ask for an extra mattress topper as beds were hard and new pillows as they were completely soft. Great staff. Fantastic breakfast. Brilliant happy hour deals. We would stay again. Ask for coffee from the bar at breakfast it’s complimentary and much better than the coffee pot.

The Metropolitan was a great find. Exceptionally friendly, welcoming staff. Accommodation extremely spacious, clean and quiet (we had adjoining family rooms which gave our teenage son his privacy!) Super breakfast. Great value for money. Would definitely stay again when back in Krakow!
