Kolory Guest House

The staff were very indifferent and not interested in their guests at all - didn't explain where the room was, or talk about the WiFi or a anything like that, barely looked up when I came in. room was filled with childlike wooden sculptures and a long list of rules included noone in your room at night which is crazy as paying adults should be able to do what they want in their room. Area wasn't pretty but quite lively, earplugs required and provided as very noisy. Breakfast offer was worst i've ever seen.

Stayed at the hotel for two nights and enjoyed the wonderful location of the hotel; minutes from major city sites (Market square, Wawel, Churches etc.) with a friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is located above/near numerous restaurants and bars therefore if you don’t want to walk far for entertainment this is the place for you. However, if you are looking for a place of sleep and relaxation I would be cautious as singing can keep you up until early morning. This was not a problem for me but would not recommend for people with small/young children. A week prior stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn and I would recommend Kolory over the Hilton for its location, staff and especially price!
