Absoulutely horrible response to a last minute family emergency. I reached out to try to reschedule my vacation due to a family emergency,not wanting a refund just an adjustment. I was told that my reservation did not qualify for a refund nor amendment to my schedule. I tried to reach out to the property by email and as of this writing no response.So in essence Henaan has my funds on a vacation I did not attend.In other words they kept my money for my trip and are not willing to now refund or reschedule. Furthermore I approached Expedia with the isssue and was promised they would look into the case and get back to me by 3 business days..That was one week ago and have not heard from them either. As an individual who is in sales I am appalled at the lack or desire to correct this issue to the customers satisfaction by Henaan or Expedia. So instead of complaining I now will take my future business to their competitors and disuade anyone to visit this property or use Expedia in the future. Vernon Williams Ex Rewards member....

Such a great place, room are amazing smells fresh and very clean..all staff were very respectful to the guess and very helpfull..thier restaurant are great they have a great cook! foods were yummy and surprisingly affordable.and i would like to thank you KIM for the miracle you've done to me..it would be a big suffer if you dont gave me a first aid..thanks alot..we would definitely going back with my family next time..hoping someday Hennan prime has a bigger room for family to stay that would be amazing..over all AA+ Highly recomended..
