Henann Palm Beach Resort

My family's experience was great. The hotel staff was very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are very clean and comfortable to stay in. The pool was very clean and refreshing. The food was also great. I would definitely stay here again!

This is a great property for families or solo travelers if you keep your expectations modest. For the location and budget you’re getting a great deal. The mix of experienced and inexperienced staff means you have to be reasonable in order not to be disappointed. It’s the best Henann property on the island in my opinion. The only thing I’d say is that their food in the lobby cafe needs to be more nutritionally balanced. For instance, everything is high glycemic index carbs. No salads or balanced options. Even if they want to be economical - it’s not hard to carry over leftover breakfast meats and proteins in the form of sandwiches and bowls because those items will likely be recycled in some way anyways. If this doesn’t change in the future - you can always walk a few steps away and find a lot of food options anyways.

The road into the hotel and not convenient and not easy to walk anywhere through the front of the hotel. The back side of the hotel where the beach is is nice with a few food options around the area. The hotel is a bit old with some amenities in the room very dated. The blinds to the patio area doesn’t block out all the light so it is bright in the morning. We stayed in a room that leads out the pool which was a lot of fun for kids. The pool water was nice but the steps leading into the pool had the lining missing which made it rough and easy to get scratched on. The hotel food was pretty good. Also got a pool side massage which was great value. Overall a pretty good experience. Would probably try a different property if we were to go again but we did have a good time.

Very family friendly place. It was more peaceful than main Station 2 area which was great! Room was in good condition, enjoyed pool downstairs and upstairs and the restaurant. Front desk ladies looked so stressed because of amount of people checking in and out so i didnt really feel welcomed when i first got there.

The staff is very rude especially the one in the sky pool. Went there 2x and was treated badly. There is always a polite way to inform us about their policy but they were so rude and look at us like we don’t belong there. And during the check-in I was trying to check-in my brother’s room and they won’t let us check in until they see the ID’s of the small children. I know you are following policy but it is nonsense. We arrive there early and they told us to wait for available room. We waited for hours and the people that came after us were given a room first. Check-in process should be managed fairly and systematically. The buffet is just okay. The staff in the restaurant is more accommodating.

Hennan Palm Hotel is where I stay with my family. They just needed to improve with the room service, and the dining service. Not everyone is as jolly compared to the people we met at Hennan SeaBreeze.

The property was at a great location. Beautiful place. If I could give minus star for the service I would. I will never stay at this property ever again. It’s too bad my family was gonna book their family reunion at this property but because of our experience here they have decided to look elsewhere.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Henann Palm Beach. The rooms were comfortable and clean, as well as all the amazing pools. A huge selection for breakfast!! Delicious food and different menu daily. Staff were friendly. Overall we definitely recommend!

Our stay at Hennan Palm was a disappointment. Going to the hotel, you had to pass by an access road which was muddy and rough. Our room was with direct pool access but it was noisy since other guests were swimming, laughing and shouting even at nightime. One guest even crossed our balcony to go to the towel station. Siesta time, the guests upstairs were pushing the furniture and a child was running and stomping his feet. We tried to call the front desk and they said they called the guests' attention but the child was still stomping his feet even at 10pm. Another incident was some shouting and laughing of guests from the balcony at the upper floors at 11pm. The front desk was not able to stop it at once. The aircon was also leaking but we just ignored it. Another turn off for this hotel was that the smoking area in their skypool. We were trying to relax and enjoy the fresh beach air and all of a sudden we inhaled cigarette smoke since their "smoking area" was just on the side of the pool. We had high expectations for this hotel but overall, we think that what we paid for a direct pool access room was not worth it.

you are being seen from all the rooms and you can see in all rooms at all times while you are in your room or if you are in the balcony .It feels like you are in the city centre in a block of thousand apartments so close one to the other that makes you feel unconfortable .It is like they tried to fit everything in a so small area and the noise of the children swimming in the pools could reach us on the sixth floor like next door .In the photo galery you can see sunbeds on the beach but there are no available .Breakfast was good but there is no honey and no tropical fruits varity althought there are so many in that part of the world .The rooms are clean but the bathroom shower could be cleaner .
