It was a memorable stay with the kids

First of all it was awesome and wonderful safe trip, everyone was very welcoming and polite, except front desk staff, though; if you ask questions they will politely answer you. Two girls who checked us in was not very nice nor friendly but it didn’t take much longer to make me feel better. After my transactions with the front desk, everyone else was nice. The shuttle drivers, ( shout out to the shuttle driver Ian i think he said his last name was Malakad) he was very excited, polite, friendly,. The security guards were all nice and even the lifeguards were very polite and helpful and friendly. The restaurant staff! They’re working hard and did a very good job 👏. Overall i was very happy and impressed. Management are doing a good job to their employees. Maybe just a little training for front desk staff to be a bit friendlier towards new customers because they are the one who welcome the visitors. Overall thank you and i will stay again next time. All the amenities it’s all excellent. I don’t have negative experience, all my family were very happy. Breakfast buffet, well for me it was awesome 👏. Thank You! I ask the employees in white shirts they told me they were OJT, well they’re very good id put them in front desk they did better..

Resort is for kids, a lot of swimming pools

Probably the friendliest staff I've ever stayed with, was always greeted with a smile. Rooms and amenities were very clean and modern. My family enjoyed out stay to the fullest!

LJ the front desk receptionist is awesome. Very friendly, accomodating, and very knowledgeable. The resort itself is beautiful and im definitely coming back and i would recommend it with friends and family.

The resort is perfect for a family or large group. The property was huge andn't crowded—there were plenty of things to do. The view was amazing, and there was private access to the beach. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I would come back here with the family.

Beautiful place to relax with family. I like their private beach, it’s not crowded and a good place to just sit and watch the ocean.

Wonderful Hotel, my Second stay with family in Two weeks 😃

The hotel landscape , service & staff are great. Need utilize the spaces to have activities for children during the day. Also, the variety and quality of food need to be improved. In general the resort and price was reasonable. Late checkout is needed especially for a well rounded resort as fairways, late paid checkout is not necessary.
