Kudos to all the staff of Seda hotel. Very professional, respectful & welcoming! The place is also convenient to everything. Breakfast buffet is very good. Definitely stay & recommend to my family & friends.

The hotel is very well maintained with friendly and attentive staff! I enjoyed my stay very much and plan to come back with my family in the near future.

The staff is friendly, accommodating and helpful. Upon request, I was able to check in earlier than usual and room assigned to me was clean and well prepared. My stay was brief but I enjoyed my time there. Will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and family

This is a late review of Seda Hotel at the Global City where we our family stayed (4 rooms) for 1 night after a 4 hour trip from Northern Luzon.The following morning we left the hotel before noontime for my niece's wedding. At about 6pm I found out my purse was missing so I immediately drove back to Seda Hotel. The front desk staff said the housekeeping found a purse.I requested that I speak with the duty manager -Ms Joanna Baltazar. My question was -why didnt she or anyone from Seda Hotel called to inform me that a purse was left and already in their possession. All my credit cards,cash ,drivers license,vaxx card , etc were in my purse .I was upset by the reply of Ms Baltazar -that it is not the hotels policy to call the guest even if they left valuables in the room. According to Ms Baltazar it will take 3 months for them to call the guest when theres no claim made. What an absurb ,ridiculously silly answer from the Manager ! To appease me Ms Baltazar said she will conduct an investigation. I waited and waited I sent her an email and she said shes still conducting the investigation.Up until now she hasnt called and reply to my email if she really did the investigation. My american express card was missing which I reported immediately to the bank .If there was some cash missing that I would not know how much. This is 4 star hotel with no bidet in our room.

The staff were very friendly and welcoming, especially to our kids, which made the stay very enjoyable!
