Everything is awesome, spacious rooms rooftop has a good ambiance at night, and the kid's enjoy the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

Very clean and the staff are courteous. We arrived from the US early around 8am they accomodated us for early check in without additional fee. I will recommend this hotel to my friends & family. Continue the great job.

Booked a last minute stay to be close to the Venice Grand Mall in Taguig City, Philippines. Spent the night before flying back home overseas after visiting family. Great value for money. Superb check-in and check-out. Plenty of restaurants nearby as well as ample shopping in the surrounding area. Great rooftop pool and restaurant to enjoy. Manila Airport is only a 15-20 min drive away. Highly recommend to travellers. Would return in future.

We enjoyed our staff, we especially loved the rooftop pool area for our kids. We also enjoyed the beautiful view. The only negative comment I have is regarding the food at the restaurant, it really could use some work, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a great place to relax during a long layover, this is perfect. It was everything we needed and more. Extra bed at no additional charge for our child. Early check in. We even enjoyed massages booked the same day at the spa. Perfection.

This place is a red districts surrounded by prostitution in and out of the hotel foreigners who looks like they already know why they are staying in this hotel, the lobby was full of girls or lady boys thats waiting for a pick up,,, not good for a family.

The accomodation and amneties as well as rooftop view and dining as well pool my baby enjoy.

When I checked in for my family (2 rooms) I was told that my reservation for my second day was cancelled and I didn't pay for it. So I asked the reception staff to double check her records and she found out that she was wrong, but she never apologized. I also asked her if I could make a reservation for the Firefly Rooftop restaurant for tomorrow night and she said there's no need. She said it was closed for today, but it will be open for tomorrow. The following morning, we wanted to eat there for breakfast so my husband called the reception and asked if it was open for breakfast and he was told that it was. So we proceeded to go to the 32nd floor and when we got there, it was closed! In the afternoon, we were told that we need to pack our things because they need to move us to other rooms because they need to repair something on the floor where our rooms are. They were asking us to do it that morning in such a short notice. I refused because we have an appointment that morning. They took my room keys so we could not go back to our rooms. I asked if they knew about this last night before they checked us in, but they didn't answer. I also asked what compensation they will give us for all this trouble and the reception staff just shrugged her shoulder. This hotel lacks transparency and do not care for the inconveniences they created their guests.

Staff and rooms were impeccable. Was a lovely rest for our family. The buffet was good too. Would highly recommend.

It was a well spent time with family. The fool was well enjoyed by my kids..
