The service was terrible. We stayed for New Year’s Eve and was supposed to be a special evening for me and my wife as this was our first New Year’s Eve together without our children. We paid for a buffet dinner and was only 3 choices to eat and one dessert to choose from. The staff could not cope and we had to wait 40 minutes for our drinks. There was dirty plates and glasses everywhere and in the end we went to bed at 23.00 as we got fed up waiting for our drinks and was painful to watch the staff not have a clue what they was doing. And day to day the service was very bad and had to wait over a hour for a sandwich and even then not both sandwiches turned up so had to wait a extra 15 minutes for my wife’s sandwich to come. Not good enough for a 4 star

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and were always smiling. They answered all our questions, and followed up all our requests. The AC broke and they fixed it within minutes. We had an early flight so the waiter prepared a “to go” box for me. The room was clean, stylish, and upgraded. The buffet breakfast was really good. Our family loved the place so much. We want to come back.
