My husband and I and our adult kids had a wonderful stay in Bancuang. They carried our suitcases for us because there is no elevator. Everyone was nice and accommodating. Breakfast we ordered was great. I picked this hotel because it had good reviews, and it met my expectations. Loved the view from the balcony/ restaurant. I also booked our tour from them upon our arrival. Response to my email inquiries was quick.
