Second time staying here while visiting family in Malasiqui. Parking can get crowded nearby, but there's overflow parking on the side area. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a buffet variety along with eggs to order and can get crowded. Dinner has a buffet as well for PH 1,350 and has fresh seafood. They even have another place near the pool called the Nord Cafe. Here you can odere menu items, even some excellent Hallo-Hallo. The pool is refreshing with a couple of beds around it for relaxation. The pool also has a bar. The fitness center has some free weights along with dome macines, not bad for a hotel. The rooms are spacious and the A/C can get cold. There's complimentary water that you can get more of if you ask, same with the room coffee maker. I'll stay here again.

Spacious and clean rooms.Nice staff.The hotel is still new.The architecture of the building is very nice, as well as the interior.Glad to finally have a 4 star hotel in Pangasinan ,a perfect place to accomodate visiting friends and family.

All Monarch staffer are so friendly, courteous, well behaved, hotel wise was a great place to stay with family, friends, and relatives. This hotels was excellent to unwind, gathering, business, and social gathering. I totally recommended this hotels.

Totally unexpected to find such a hotel with class in the local town. The hotel itself is gorgeous - both exterior and interior. The staff were top notch - very warm, friendly and accommodating - from security, to front desk, to wait staff from the lobby restaurant and Nord cafe.
We got a room with 2 double beds, great size and very clean. Bathroom also has a big shower area. Nice pool for kids. Safe and enough parking space.
Hotel is located across a Robinson's mall and nearby restaurants within walking distance.
We would definitely stay at this place again when we visit Dagupan!

We really enjoyed our stay even for overnight only. Its so clean, the staffs are very accommodating. I love the style of the building. Breakfast options are good and my kids enjoyed the pool.
