Hotel XYZ

Great big rooms for 4, on 7th floor for families. Food in restaurant on ground floor is one of the best in town, but aircon always too cold, bring your longsleeves.

Great time, very accommodating and excellent customer service. met up with family at the hotel, we all had rooms, and could spend time together having fun. The in room massages were perfect and just what I needed!

The hotel is old and needed a fixing, I booked 2 rooms both rooms are horrible. I didnt complain about the room but I was very angry about the free breakfast we had on June 01,2023. My family & I was having breakfast and my wife was almost done eating she found a live worm on her plate after cutting her daing na bangus, she was'nt going to finish eating her fish but I told her to eat it all but when she cut it a white worm came out of it. I asked for a manager while showing the worm to the waitress. Supervisor Shiela Jaca came to our table apologizing about it, I was'nt happy enough with her apologies.

Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Hotel overall is in good condition, but there are a fee room maintenance issues and consistent warm water to be resolved. The area around the hotel is dirty, but in general, that is Tacloban. We loved our second family room and will definitely stay here again.
