First room they put me up in had a dirty bathroom and was missing hotel supplies (robe, slipper, bathroom supplies). I asked to be moved because the adjoining room had a crying baby all night. They did move me to another room which had complete supplies but I had bed bug bites all over my back the first night. I complained to the front desk and they were nonchalant about the entire thing. I complained again when I checked out and still no strong reaction or an apology at least. Food was crap at the restaurant and they couldn't even interpret what a braised chicken was on the menu - it came out as chicken soup! I'll choose another hotel any day.

property was a little bit outdated, no smart tv, a challenge if you are travelling with toddler when youtube is life, there is also a bad smell from the toilet no exhaust, the plus point for this hotel is the buffet breakfast. lots of choices and staff on the restaurant was very attentive

Without a doubt, the absolute BEST stay option in Davao. Very safe, great breakfast buffet, clean room, near airport, and awesome staff. I can go on and on about this hotel. My family just plain loved the place.

It took for them about 2 hours and a few phone calls from me to bring a pillow to my room. Beds are tiny, bedsheets dirty, no face towels. Food is the worst I tried in my entire life. They brought us pizza covered with onions on pre make dough from grocery store. All food was horrible. My 12 years old kid cooks better.

Good location however pool is painted incorrectly slippery outside grippy and abrasive inside, kids get scrapes easy.
Adjoining rooms don’t work because doors don’t shut, promised to fix but never showed.

Booked online for family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) but i was told in the hotel that it’s only for 2 so I paid another extra bed. I was asking for an assistance for airport shuttle in the frontdesk but they will charge P1,500 for a van and P1,000 for car. I ask the baggage porters at the hotel and they call a taxi for us and only paid a minimum amount. Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay, the only thing that turned me off is the expensive amount of the airport shuttle.

Front desk (she) who helped me checked in was helpful and awesome, forgot her name. Our 2nd room was not ready when we arrived but that was fine. We got Junior suite and it was clean and spacious. What I love most is the bathroom and the convenient location. There is a bridge connected directly to the mall and it was easy to go shopping. We didn’t have to ride a taxi. Will be back and highly recommended. My family enjoyed our stay very much.

THE WORST STAY AT A HOTEL EVER! Spent most of my 2 days babysitting and educating their staff, complaining, following up on non-responses, detailing the myriad of problems here, and arguing with their manager and their staff. Hotel is 3 years old and falling apart. NO HOT WATER IN SHOWERS, luke-warm AT BEST. Other rooms checked, same deal. Carpets coming up in hallways on multiple floors, elevator broken walls, uneven floor, uneven tiles in bathrooms, some grouted, some cemented (looks like a 3rd grader built it), door broken, safe locked from the outside, mixed beef tasted like it was from a burnt pot, did not respond after promises to get back to us,called back, was lied to and told it had been fixed, then the manager tries to come fix it again at 1130 PM.THIS PLACE IS A JOKE..I LIVED IN DAVAO and have stayed at multiple places..STAY AWAY! SM Mall sucks too.NO SAN MIGUEL BEER IN A BOTTLE IN SM SUPERMARKET? I thought that was against the law in the Philippines. Ridiculous. Even more ridiculous, they will probably respond with some inauthentic corporate apology claiming this has been noted and fixed...they always say this...BUT DO NOTHING!! Don't believe their lies..STAY AWAY!!!!
