Great place, we have not seen a down side. It is great for our family to meet up and visit.

The hotel was in a good location close to the airport. We had surprised charges upon checking in for one of our children's ages, although it was disclosed doing our online hotel search. The buffet had a good and delicious selection of food and drinks and the service was great, however they had a hard time stocking the food to accommodate the number of people attending breakfast. The pool area was nice and clean and could use a few more lounge chairs. The doorman on the ground floor were always helpful in helping arrange transportation. We feel that the hotels staff was very accommodating, friendly, and helpful, which made up for any shortcomings the hotel had.
