Sonesta Posadas del Inca Lake Titicaca - Puno

We have such a lovely time at the hotel, the staff was so helpful, Jose at the restaurant always greeting us with a big smile, Samuel help us to pet the baby alpaca what was the best part for our daugther, Vanessa in the front desk was always helpful, our room was always spotless thanks to Noemy. Beside all the helpful and lovely staff, the view of the garden with the lake is so peaceful. We wish to come back soon.

Our whole family loved this place. The room was spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The restaurant had a great free breakfast. The service was excellent throughout our stay. We enjoyed walking into town even though it was a bit of a trek. For those less inclined, a taxi ride was cheap. Views of Lake Titicaca were amazing. I highly recommend this place.

Definitely a nice hotel. Clean, rooms are up to date, friendly staff. Very economical! Always had hot water, rooms were very clean. We had dinner at the restaurant, the staff was very friendly. They were never bothered (or at least never seem to be bothered, and that's what's most important) when we asked them to take our picture. And we asked a lot. The breakfast buffet is a little to simple for my taste, but dinner menu was awesome. I would totally recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. The hotel is a little bit "out of the way", but three points 1) it cost about 8 soles and 10 minutes to back back to the "main" part of town. 2)You don't want to stay in the main town, trust me. The hotel is closed off with a gate, I felt so safe! 3) You are on the lake! It's so tranquil and relaxing. The view is amazing, sunrise to sunset on the water. And that's why your there, not to see the hustle and bustle of the streets of Puno.
