Staff are helpful & friendly. Hotel is very nice & has good location. We liked the complimentary breakfast with variety of choices. We also enjoyed the rooftop swimming pool, where you can get a beautiful view of downtown Panama City. We arrived few hours early from our cruise but we were allowed early check in as soon as the room was ready without extra charge. This meant a great deal to us & we truly appreciate it. Will surely recommend this hotel to friends & family.

Great trip as a family, took 8 yr old and 75 yr old. Hotel staff were friendly esp Kilbia at the front desk who gave us tips and trip info. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of fried stuff. Roof top pool was nice after a long day. Rooftop views stellar. Location of hotel was amazing, lots of resterants and a cool tatoo shop, Wild one 2 mins away at decent prices. Close to Albrook bus station, Albrook mall, Casa Viejo by Uber and sooo cheap! Highly recommend.
