The most impersonal hotel I have ever visited. And I’m an introvert! Travelers struggled to figure out the system for the restaurant, all ordered via smartphone with no servers and limited information given about the process or the menu. Very “fend for yourself” atmosphere, including check-in. Our room for our family of four was spacious, but the sofa bed was the old fashioned kind with a lumpy bar in the center of the mattress. When you’re traveling and tired, you just want friendly, warm people to welcome you on your journey. This is not the hotel for that.
