There were no drawers to put clothing and other articles, therefore we had to have everything on the top of a table. We were there for 5 nights and would have appreciated a little more place for our articles and also a safe in the room. Also you have to request a cleaning or it is not done. Apart from that breakfast and dinner is available and great. We only ate there twice as we had family that we had dinner with. The food was great.

We booked 2 twin rooms for our family and were delighted with the room size and comfort. We found all staff helpful and location was great..walking distance to all main city sights, even to the ferry terminal too! Breakfast included a good selection including hot food, the evening meals (included in price) were very good too, different every day. Free tea/coffee through the day AND 'fika' in the afternoon which was a (free) bonus treat of a cuppa and cake! Whats not to like! There was also a small gym and sauna available to all guests too. Great hotel in every way.

The booking included free breakfast and an evening meal. Both of which were way above our expectations. The breakfast spread was plentiful and varied and each dinner had amazing salads and vinaigrette to go along with the main course. There is rustic bread they bring in that you'll be enjoying for breakfast and dinner.
We would stay here again just for the food which was top notch. For families, the family room is perfect for your little one.

We spent four night in this hotel and loved it! We had a big family room with a view to sea and Opera House. Breakfest was really good; porridge, vegetables, different breads, warm food etc. Also there was an excellent dinner in the evenings and thats why we ate every evening in the hotel, not in the city where could be expensive. Location was also good near by Central railway station, Karl Johan Gate and Opera House.
Thank you, we loved to stay in this hotel and will come back some day.

Nice breakfast and evening meal included, staff generally very helpful.
The room was fine but flooring/furniture shows some wear and tear. There is a nightclub or bar nearby which one night we could hear.
For those travelling with children be aware they charge for cots! We asked if one was available on arrival and were given one but weren't aware of the additional cost until we came to checkout (maybe this is a normal thing that all hotels but this is our first proper trip with child and we weren't aware this is something to consider as other hotels we stayed at this trip didn't charge)
