Clean hotel with a great view of the beach and great customer service. The hotel was very nice, but the selling point is their professional, accommodating staff. One staff member in particular, Alfredo, treated us like family. He assisted in finding transportation to local beaches, surf lessons, places to eat and visit. He was quick to help us with any questions and share the history of Nicaragua. After being stung by a stingray, Alfredo provided assistance with remedies to treat the pain and cut. Because of him, we will return!! Gracias amigo (ALFREDO) and thank you Hotel Alcazar
