Hotel Plaza Colon

The room was clean and the ambiance of the entire hotel was amazing. It was so cozy and inviting. Our room and bathroom were clean, organized and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The pool was inviting and I loved the decor. I loved that we had our own parking as this could be difficult downtown. The location was great and put you right in the middle of everything (food, shopping, entertainment) at a walkable distance. Our only complaint was the beds were not comfortable and were very firm and there was loud music on Friday and Saturday night (from surrounding places of business as this hotel is in the middle of everything) it didn’t really bother us but would be a huge problem if you had little ones with you. Overall, would absolutely stay again!

Staff was absolutely wonderful. Victor went above and beyond to ensure our arrival was smooth. Victor booked a reservation for dinner as a courtesy. Our family was well cared for

Excellent high end hotel right in the center of Granada with a very helpful staff.......very kid/family friendly and no reason to stay anywhere else unless you are on a budget.
