ibis Wellington

Stayed here for 1 night, with family. Overall, a good option to stay in the heart of Wellington. The hotel location is quite good - close to the major attractions, and in CBD. The hotel itself meets expectations. The room was reasonably sized, well furnished, etc. Good value for money! Unfortunately given its central location, there are no free parking options in the area - so budget for $30/day extra for parking if you are driving.

Booked in for 2 adults 1 child. Only 2 towels in the room, called down to housekeeping and left a voicemail, never heard back.

One of the worst stay's in a hotel I've ever had. There were kids pounding the floor above our room until 1am in the morning. Also there were people hitting the walls and shaking the room until the same time in the early morning. Additionally, when I tried to address it with the hotel staff, they wouldn't answer the front desk phone, and when we went to the front desk at 12.30am in the morning they were not willing to address the situation. I will never stay at this hotel ever again.
