President Hotel

Don’t use the pictures on the website as a guide to what the rooms looks like. They are very misleading and in no way represent the look of the hotel. The room I was in felt dirty, old and tired. Check in was late due to (I’m guessing the lack of staff) and there was no room service for the entire stay. The room was only cleaned after check out. It wasn’t particularly safe as you can walk in off the street straight and access the lift to any floor. The room next door had a group of men in drinking, playing loud music and making a lot of noise pre going out. I would advise against staying at this hotel especially if you are travelling as a family. It felt dirty and needs a lot of work updating the rooms. Next time I’ll stay at a chain hotel.

The room was clean for my family we only had the issue with the heat pump which we advised reception. Unfortunately no one returned to tend to the issue of a cold room this was displeasing. Otherwise everything else was fine for an overnight stay.

well located, but without daily room cleaning services (each 3 days!!). The breakfast area terrible smelly because fries things. Old building, without any repairs, no cleaned common areas as lobby. Not for bussines time or family time.

Tired but convenient hotel, good for our family overnight.

Overall the staff is fantastic, friendly and helpful. Great location. The biggest let down is the behaviour of the old cook lady at the morning breakfast buffet. As she was very rude to me and my family. If she has a problem with me that's fine but don't take it out on my wife and kids also. Childish behaviour she has, she should learn her manners from the girls wearing black at the buffet at least they're lovely humans.
