The location of the hotel proved to be advantageous, close to our destination and easily accessible from the highway. Cleanliness was excellent, everything was in perfect order, and we were entirely satisfied.
The staff demonstrated high competence. Unfortunately, two or three significant issues arose. Firstly, we had booked four rooms, including an accessible room according to handicap standards and a room for two babies. Regrettably, the handicap room was not available, making the journey challenging from the start.
However, the hotel responded extremely professionally. The night shift and the staff member in the morning shift were extremely friendly and worked to make our stay enjoyable. Special commendation to them. Discrepancies regarding breakfast times were also professionally resolved. Although we were informed of an 11 a.m. breakfast, it ended at 10 a.m. Nevertheless, the breakfast area staff handled the situation professionally and served us an extra breakfast. Regarding the accessible room, a solution was possible the next day, but due to medical reasons, we opted against it. However, the FOM professionally refunded the first night. As someone in the hotel industry, I find the hotel appealing, with friendly staff and a convenient location. The cleanliness impressed me. Communication issues, common in this industry, occurred but did not overshadow the overall positive impression. Thank you for the pleasant time. N. Azizi

I have to clean my room by myself, take a hoover from the house keeper supervisor and hoover my room, you dear not put your leg on the floor, because if you do, your bed will be dirty, my bathrooms sink was Blocked, no house keeper could not do it, neither the supervisor but they say oh, we will fix it before you return in to the room, but it was not done, they expected us to leave with it, they says everybody is sick, the plumber, hotel manager, and the junior staffs, in the night, we went to the young man on duty at the reception, Mr Clinton, him alone on duty, he lift his job to our room and fix it, thats is the job we complained in the morning that nobody did until this young man fix it at night, what did you think? He suppose be the manager or the assistant manager of the hotel, because the assistant manager, the manager, and the room manager are all incompetent. So if you don't want to clean your own room, choose another hotel.

We book the hotel for a night only on our road trip. Booked 5 rooms for our group. Rooms were good size, clean, beds comfortable. In some of the rooms we found few insects but nothing to worry about or to hurt us. We were with 8 kids so dinner at the restaurant weren't an option as menu choices weren't suitable for them. The older kids enjoyed to play xbox at the lobby and the little ones spend a good time in the tiny kids indooor area. Outside area with the pool looks nice and spacious but due to weather and late hours we couldn't have use of it. Drinks at the bar a bit expensive. Breakfast was excellent! A lot of choices from continental and English breakfast, fresh juices, smoothies, yoggurts, fruits, lovely coffee, cereals, ect. I suggest to book rooms with breakfast as if you want to add it ad the hotel cost €25pp and we only paid around £10pp when booked with the room. Parking was good size and plenty of spaces at the day we visited.

Our stay was pleasant. The staff was helpful and willing to go the extra mile to answer our questions. The grandkids liked the pool. There were some places in the hotel that showed some age, but all in all, it was a nice place to stay and we would stay there again.
