Hotel Alexander

The staff was very friendly and helpful. WiFi was weak in our rooms. Good place to accommodate a large number of family members.

The team are absolutely lovely and were always so helpful and respectful. The room on our second night in the main hotel was great value. Large bathroom and bedroom. Coffee is available in Reception anytime of day. My only criticism was on our first night we were in a Garden Room. This was not a nice room. It was so dark we had to have lights on in the morning and in the evening. Therefore we had to shut the curtains for privacy. It did not feel clean and the furniture was horrible and not set out nicely. The staff rectified the problem by moving us for the second night. If this had not been possible we would have gone elsewhere. It may be okay for Back Packers but not a family.
