Very well maintained property. Tram 9 is right in front of hotel to take you to the city center or the grand central. Perfect for families

The hotel is far, staff was not helpful or attentive at all in all of the interactions I had with them. The rooms are super small (I had two people in my party) They offer rental bikes but they don't have kids bikes and they encourage you not to rent. The food vending machine they have charged me more than what I took. Overall not a good experience

Staff was friendly and kind. I applaud its stance as a drug free property. I have since suggested XO to friends as being family friendly. Crisp clean decor. Upscale bathroom with walk in shower.

Spent 4 nights, with my wife and 2 children in quadruple room. Very family friendly hotel. very clean and comfortable room. 13 min to airport by taxi and 15 min to city center by tram.

The hotel and staff was really great. They were kind and had smiley faces. The hotels location is also great, there was a tram station right next to the hotel and Sloterdjk train station was only 15 min walk distance. Definitely you can stay in this hotel without hesitation with your family.

Positives; Modern, stylish, clean. Really friendly, helpful staff. Great location with tram stop right outside. Good large family room. Lidl conveniently close. Fridge, hairdryer and iron/ironing board in room Early check in available (cost) Negatives; Bar closed entire stay Expensive breakfast No kettle/tea making facilities in room No mirror in room except for inside wardrobe door, but no lighting in that area so too dark to use. Poor lighting in room and one bedside lamp not working.
