Convenient. Great for business and family holiday. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. It will take you back to memory lane on student accommodation.

The property serves as an excellent base for getting around Amsterdam. The rooms were large, airy and well equipped. The staff were responsive to inquiries, making check in and check out fast and easy. Transit was practically on the doorstep so one could be in central Amsterdam in 15minutes by subway. I will be recommending this to friends and family.

Convenient location, close to the metro stop. Food and drinks at the cafe were great. Staff was friendly and always helpful. Bike rental was affordable and fun. 10/10 would stay again and recommend to friends and family.

The hotel tries to be hip and chic and in fact it was as a 'place to hang out for youngsters' but not a hotel to stay with comfort. There was no reception but only a couple of empty round tables where nearly nobody around, meaning no one ever picks up the phone. Everytime I need something or even for an inquiry I had to come down to the lobby and look for a staff around. And the room was never cleaned. After 3 nights without cleaning I asked to clean up and it still wasn't when I came back but a new towel was waiting on my bed. Obviously the cleaning person came in and left a towel but decided not to clean the room, wth? Definitely not a 4 star hotel in any standard.
