Zenzez Hotel & Lounge

I've been going to Apeldoorn for many years, but only recently needed to stay in a hotel rather than with family. Zenzez opened last fall after a major renovation and is under new ownership. The level of detail and care that went into the project is immediately apparent. My room was beautiful, spacious, offered a very comfortable king bed, and gorgeous bathroom. The owners managed to keep the historic nature of the building while upgrading for comfort and style. The food was healthy, delicious, and catered to my needs all due to a great chef and staff. Best of all are the owners. I arrived after a long flight, was warmly greeted, and delighted to have my needs met throughout my stay. Even though my stay was only two nights, I felt refreshed and cared for. The location is perfect to walk downtown, the theater or to a local park! I am actually looking for another reason to return to Apeldoorn so I can stay at Zenzez again. Loved it!!!
