After staying at many four seasons hotels throughout the world, this one was a disappointment. The service was simply poor. No welcome drink on arrival. Waited a long time to be checked in. I tried to book a dinner reservation on arrival and was told that it was not necessary for hotel guests but then when we went to dinner we were turned away and told to go to another restaurant. We had been told you could order from the poolside restaurant to your lounge chair by the pool. When we tried to do this we were told we were 5 people so we needed to go to the restaurant. We just wanted a snack white the kids swam. We all went to the poolside restaurant but when we arrived my daughters were told they needed to have a cover up because they had a towel. They only brought a robe to the pool. So they had to leave, return to the room get a coverup and come back. I pointed out to the waitress all the other patrons in bikinis and she said the problem was that my children were wet whereas they were dry. Told they had 24 hour concierge service and when I would call there was no answer. This was a very different experience than the four seasons hotels I have stayed with in the past.

We travel a lot, at this hotel we had the best service we have ever had.
A real 5 stars service, amazing staff, concierge, they make sure everything is perfect. They were lovely with the kids, everybody remember our names.
The room was perfect! Also very close to la Medina for visiting the city. Highly recommended!

This is one of the best hotel and service we have used in years. The hotel rooms are spacious and clean. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We used tennis court, which is in excellent condition. After checking out, our kid fell sick and we returned to the hotel to ask for help, they were so kind to offer us a clean room to rest and called for a doctor to check out the kid. We will definitely return to Four Seaons if visiting Marrakech again.

Extraordinary hotel. This was without question the most wonderful hotel stay we have experienced as a family. Every staff member was not only incredibly polite, but also very kind and caring in every interaction. They doted on our daughter as if she was their own, down to the smallest details to show she was welcome, which was truly touching (ex: a small bathrobe and children's toiletries in the room!). The hotel and grounds are breathtakingly beautiful, with a feeling of being secluded while also being nearby to all attractions. The staff anticipate every need and take every request to the next level. Our room was more spacious than expected with a lovely terrace to overlook the sunrise. My only regret is that we had to leave. Dining options are excellent, including poolside service. If you are considering staying here, do not hesitate. You will love every moment of it!

The hotel is lovely, an oasis after the wonderful hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Staff were fabulous, nothing was too much trouble and genuinely friendly. Daily cleaned my sunglasses by the pool, complimentary taster drinks and snacks delivered to our sun beds, although only small, still very welcome. Spa was excellent, highly recommend.
The gym had a trainer who was great and tailored a session to suit me and encouraged me through it daily!!
Rooms lovely, there isn't one negative comment I could make. The hotel have a list of recommended restaurants - we visited three and I would return to each one of them as food was delicious.
We loved the hotel and Marrakech so much we are going to return next year with our family.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Thoroughly recommend to anybody. Half term holiday, lots of children to play with and brilliant enthusiastic tennis coach for a morning session. My son wants to transport the room we had the grounds we stayed in back to London and make it our home!

Im a very loyal customer to four seasons and its frustrates me to write a negative review about the hotel, but i have to since i was very disappointed with their spa. I've been to several four seasons around the world specially in lebanon where i stayed there at least 30 times.
my experience started with the spa when we decided to book a massage and hammam , the appointment was at 3:30 however when i arrived the spa reception couldn't allocated my therapist , after waiting for 45 minutes with no luck to find the therapist i just left the spa and sent an email to the spa reception and they did offer a free hammam and spa service for free on the day i choose during my stay. however i don't think the incident should ever happen in fourseasons.
my other issue is also in the spa where no staff were available in the men spa section. and by sunset the kids move to the spa jacuzzi and use it as indoor swimming and play ground. It literally looked and sounded like play ground kids jumping into the water screaming and splashing water. the spa corridors were flooded with water because of the kids running around the spa.
i know kids are only allowed into the spa when they are accompanied with adult however their should be someone to monitor whats happening in their .
due to the lack of staff , dirty towels were all over the spa and no new towels are there to be used, i had to go out to reception to ask for new ones.
everything in the hotel were on spot.

From arrival to departure and from reception to pool side: the staff were incredibly polite, helpful and always smiling. The hotel had a wonderful serene atmosphere with a divine fragrance. Our room was cleaned well, and a good size for the three of us. All food was of exceptional quality and the variety of choice was pleasing. There were many dining places to choose from, with food and drink being brought poolside should one wish. Complimentary drinks were offered poolside, which was a nice touch. Variety didn't stop at food or resturants but extended to pools! There were separate pools for family's, quiet pool, jacuzzi pool and spa, each equal in size and style. . The games room was fantastically stocked and kept our 11 year old and 17 year old equally entertained - the staff there joined In the games too.

The stay was just amazing. The staff are so kind and welcoming, they will do anything to accommodate. Kind hearted and offers advice on what tours to do, how to bargain at the Medina and they are just great with kids. The kids club is just what we needed as our little one did not want to go out and about in the heat.
