Our stay was one of the best we have had. Staff were welcoming and thoughtful.
The hotel has a very calm environment, which is a great place to retreat from the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Special mention of Mohammed the manger, who was so helpful.
The food was great, with a large section to choose from.
The choice of indoor or outdoor pools was also an added bonus.
The hotel itself, has stayed true to its Marrakech architecture, with all the mod cons you would expect.
I have been recommending the Kenzi Menara Palace to friends and family.
Can’t wait to visit again.

We stayed one week in this hotel and discovered Marrakech for the first time. I loved the spa, the swimming pool area, the gym as well. The absolute best part was the kids club, as my child had a gorgeous time whenever she stayed with Nada. That was absolutely brilliant in every way and made our holiday completely unique.
In terms of the facilities, I’d recommend changing the furniture as it’s outdated. The size of the rooms were really good though. The staff honestly really depended on who I talked to, but this was during Ramadan so I’d say most of them did their best. I would just recommend to not blame the client if something doesn’t work (our key cards kept on not working and I was even blamed at some point!!!) but again that’s only two individuals at reception and the rest of them were very nice.
The breakfast had a lot of options, some good and some not, but I wouldn’t say it was bad- only room for improvement.
So, change the sofas and chairs, get rid of one or two few rude and inpatient members of staff, and it’s definitely a 5 stars.
Again, top class service at the kids club.

Kenzi Menara Palace Resort is indeed a real Palace. I visited with my family over the Christmas period and from the moment we stepped in the reception we felt like royals. The rooms are very large with all amenities needed.
Their hospitality is 5star. We went for all inclusive and were never bored with the food or the dessert and everyday we had different selection. The waiters are always willing to help and ho extra miles.
I highly recommend their concierge services, sherif the head of concierge has an amazing personality and he is always available to help. His recommendation were spot on.
The hotel is family friend and i will highly recommend it to everyone.
Great hotel, great food and awesome hospitality

The best hotel in the world. Amazing staff, Animation Staff especially. Everybody was helpful and made our stay a wonderful one. I would like to thank the room cleaning ladies who were never tired of accommodating our toddler and his mess. I would also like to thank the restaurant staff who cooked amazing dishes. Thank you Kenzi !

A big European type hotel. No character. I was there with 4 friends for a 40th. It did the job as some where to stay, v near airport, on the right side of the city for atlas mountains, 5 mins Taxi from new and old town- so convenient if you don’t mind getting Taxi everywhere. The rooms are v big, but falling apart. The balcony doors didn’t lock in 4 out of 5 rooms. The staff were totally unconcerned about this. (Said would fix, but didn’t) The loo didn’t flush properly, the mattress is was hard and uncomfortable.... You also don’t have access to the spa unless you have a treatment. Some staff are friendly, some rude (maybe because we were 5 women?) . The pool area is nice if you have kids- if not, the only time we tried to relax there was blaring music from a kids activity in the heated pool, so not relaxing and we couldn’t use the pool (too cold to use non-heated). Breakfast was good. So in summary , if you are a group- it does the job. I would never go here as a couple without kids...

Briefly: great hotel ROOM size cleanliness etc ; POOLS great one small one warm and the larger one cool bit still swimmable in April; plenty of space round the pool; FOOD lovely great breakfast and the buffets at lunch and dinner were great
We paid the extra €55 per head per night (half price for kids) to get all inc. why? Because meals on tick are expensive eg. One beer is €6, a glass of wine is €6 a burger €10. All inc is well worth it if you intend to stay in resort. And even if you don't !
Loved Marrakech. Hotel is 10 mins from the old town (we spent 50% of our time there and 50% by the pool at the KMP) and 15 mins for the airport
No gripes. The hotel is lovely and great vfm.
Would we go here again? Yes without hesitation
Best bit? Room was huge. A suite. Loads of space and comfortable and clean and wonderfully functional. 2x adults and 3x kids no problems , could have stayed for weeks in this room
Any tips? The €80 day trip in a quality Mercedes to the mountains with a lovely guide was AMAZING. Booked via Sharif the concierge
Very positive and very happy

We just returned from a 6 day stay with our 2 kids (11 & 13).
We'd definately recommend the Kenzi Menara Palace.
Sometimes finding hotel accommodation for 2 adults and 2 kids can be difficult, but they gave us 2 adjoining rooms, which was perfect.
It's only 10 - 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from the Medina.
The hotel provide several free shuttle buses to and from the Medina each day.
Breakfast was extensive and good quality.
The Concierge was a great source of info on food, taxis, sights etc...., also happy to arrange a variety of excursions.
The pool is large, there's a well equipped gym and 2 clay tennis courts.
There a decent cafe just across the road from the main entrance which was popular with locals and sold fantastic ice-cream.
On the other side there is a Carrefour where you can stock up on water, snacks etc...
Can't really fault the place.

very nice hotel and resort- concierge shariff was amazing as soon. as we arrived into the hotel, and he planned our 4 day stay within minutes- at very reasonable rates.
hotel room- clean and comfortable with good view of the swimming pool- with amenities provided
resort had most things available- and good atmosphere around the pool created
good variety of items available at breakfast
the only complaint would be the reception staff could have been more welcoming- quite robotic manor. and room service was slow at times.
daily housekeeping were spot one evening folding our clothes that we left on the bed.
would recommend the resort to friends and family
