Hilton Garden Inn Casablanca Sud

My family and I had a terrible experience at this hotel. The staff don’t communicate with each other. It took them 5 hours to get our beds ready after we checked in. They gave us dirty towels and dirty cups. After I asked them 4 times. Half the lights in our room weren’t working. They have a “taxi” service to the airport that wanted to charge us on the side so he can pocket money. He said he would charge us 300, he said the hotel takes half the money and he would rather make the money himself. We felt bad for him, at 4 am when I called to see where he was he said its 400 or he wasn’t coming, he was afraid he would get caught. At this point we had no choice we had to get to the airport. Never staying here again. One of the worst customer service I have received since we arrived.

Surprisingly nice hotel. A welcome respite for travelers and families seeking a closer hotel to the airport.

Property was great. Our suite was perfect for a family of 4.

Perfect for a family of 3. EVERYONE is PERFECTLY helpful, all in smile. Room’s are confortable and the restaurant is delicious. Definitely my place each time im coming to Casa.
