we had a fantastic time , the staff were all very friendly and seemed to genuinely care that you were enjoying the holiday. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Only issue for us was regarding access from reception to pool side, this was down several flights of steep steps, being with a baby we were forced to walk down a steep cobbled road used by service vehicles, which was not lit at night

Exceeded expectations, excellent facilities and rooms. Friendly if not always polished service (some great staff but had a start of season feel at times). More family friendly than expected.
