We stayed at this hotel for a week. Everything was fully amazing! Nice, clean and feels like home. The staff feels like a big family, kind and helpful and always ready to help. Even if we asked for the absolute impossible they tried their best to find solutions so our needs are covered. The owner/ director was ALWAYS at the hotel to make sure the guests have the best experience and we could definitely feel what world class costumer service actually is ! I will recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Budva, Montenegro 🇲🇪! You will not regret it ! Thank you Fontana hotel for an amazing experience, nice breakfast from all around the world and an amazing gastronomy experience! Keep up the good work it is much appreciated!
