Hotel is close to tourism and shopping spots by he beach. Pool needs some treatment as does the kids play field. Hours of gym use are poor. For what one is paying, you would expect staff to be a bit more attentive and crew who could stay awake during work hours.

The beach is within walking distance, just behind the hotel, Boca del Rio has a recreation area in front of the beach, like Malecon, people jog, run, bike, roller skate, I felt safe and warm, a lot of families enjoying the afternoon. The hotel is at a mall and casino, it has restaurants at the same building and a shopping mall. The only inconvenience is the elevators as there is construction going on, only one works.

The view is very nice when you ask for rooms that has beach view, the service was some how a little good, but the terrifying things was that my family and me were stock in the elevator, we were 10 when it says 13 capacity, 1000kg, there were the most worst 30 minutes in my family live, my son had a panic attack.
