The place is really good , clean. All the people are great and friendly. Except sometimes when in the Starbucks area nobody is there. InThe restaurant area everybody is super friendly love those people, always very attentive to take a good care of you. Just one but. Perhaps he was the manager but he should do paperwork in an office instead of the host place. But beside that my stay there was awesome!! I will recommend the hotel to rest of my family and friends...

If I ever return to Mexico, I will definitely come here, food at restaurant is great, people are great and they took care of my family while we stay here.
