Sensira Resort & Spa Riviera Maya – All Inclusive

Enjoyed stay once again! Sensira is so secluded, relaxful, & great for families. It is now the down season, yet the staff is extremely helpful & kind. The scents of the lobby & other areas of the resort put you at peace. The view is beautiful & the many pools make the complex easy to navigate. It is safe & easy to keep track of your children. There are so many cool hidden spaces along with bars that need to be used more. Only disappointment was not having the dinner buffet open. The restaurants are good, but the choices in the past of the dinner buffet was amazing. Staff were extremely helpful & kind helping my family celebrate our wedding anniversary.

Great service, clean, great for family

This hotel have so big potential. However been neglected by management. So many areas where need repairs, replace, fixing and pressure washing. I hope that managers react soon. Expect that some facilities may be closed. We had tennis court close, soccer/basketball court close, kids water park closed for two days do to bee hives on top ( one child got sting by bee ) trampoline park for kids was closed all 5 days of our stay. I wish I can add pictures off cubes inside there. Ocean was full of weeds at time we stay. We as family tried to enjoy our stay no matter what because we saved for this vacation for year. Very unfairly and dishonorable to customers who pay for what was not there. On POSITIVE side we enjoy coffe and ice cream at tea house. Zip line was fun. Mini gulf was okay. Fodd was good, stuff was nice and trying their best.

Cons:Poor food and drink options, pools are not sanitary, lack of activities, entertainment started very late, beach isn’t very good Pros: staff excellent, great for kids, spotless

Fabulous resort. So many fun activities for kids. Food was amazing. Staff were wonderful. Didn't make it to the beach as the ocean was rough and dirty after the hurricane but the pools were great.

Family of 5. Food options were plentiful, customer service was great, issues were quickly resolved. Only reason for 4 star was the closing of kids slide area for our last 2 days and trampoline area was also closed the entire time. Kids were looking forward to using these amenities but were told they were being cleaned. Wish they were made available for us. These should be a priority since it is a family resort.

Nice place for family! Staff are nice, friendly and helpful. Lots of food and drink to enjoy. Some part of the resort needs to be renovated, but overall good value for family vacation!

Great family place!

Food, staff, amenities and activities were 5-Star. Couldnt be happier. Lorrenzo was super awesome and attive with my kids while zip lining. So many things to do at this resort and highly recommended for families with kids. Visitied April 2024.

They had great entertainment for the kids and nightly shows were outstanding!!
