The staff at this hotel are very friendly and caring.The breakfast was great. Our room was clean.We wished they had a humidifier and a fridge in the room and a laundry machine in the facility.Other than that, it was perfect for our family, and we want to come back again.

The hotel is well located in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just 1 block from 5ta Avenida. The small rooftop is a beauty and complimentary breakfast there was delicious. The room is nice but it had a weird smell all the time because they turn the AC off when it is empty. It has a cozy balcony to 10th avenue, beds are comfortable but the bathroom has an open layout that doesn’t feel right if you are traveling with friends and/or family, only for couples.
